I took one hit an hour ago and i feel it, i just could go for more and i want to take another hit...i can handle it, i'm just wondering if it would increase the effects or just increase the duration?

If you take it right now it MOST LIKELY will increase the effect, but if you wait ANY longer, no it will just increase the durration.
