I have been tkaing them orally in small doses but thought that vaping could give me a better more acute pick me up when i want to make some sort of decision and give me a better mental standpoint to do it from.

So is there anything less healthy doing it this way?

i just did it and it seemed effective but dont think id make a habit of it due to piles of black and orange gunk it produced while i was burning. makes me wonder if brugning it turns it into more nasty stuff for me.

im sorry but why the fuck would you want to? who knows what those supplements will do to your lungs, my guess is they might suffficate you to death by blocking vital blood vessels which abosrb oxygen AKA pulmonary embolism.

pulmonary embolism (PE) is a blockage of the main artery of the lung or one of its branches by a substance that has travelled from elsewhere in the body through the bloodstream (embolism). PE most commonly results from deep vein thrombosis (a blood clot in the deep veins of the legs or pelvis) that breaks off and migrates to the lung, a process termed venous thromboembolism (VTE). a small proportion of cases are due to the embolization of air, fat, talc in drugs of intravenous/inhalation drug abusers or amniotic fluid. the obstruction of the blood flow through the lungs and the resultant pressure on the right ventricle of the heart lead to the symptoms and signs of PE. the risk of PE is increased in various situations, such as inhaling unknown substances that are not meant to be inhaled!!!

if you want to lose a lung, go for it! (sarcasm)

dont vape that shit, just swallow it dude. if you really are adamant about not swallowing them, try getting a sublingual formula, or you can even try plugging a solution of those supplement . these two ROA are much much much safer for your body than vaping them, and are probably twice/thrice as effective as oral admin IMO but im not sure.

whatever you do, dont vape those supplements!!! please!!

I'm surprised vaporizing these supplements even worked properly. Not everything is vapable. It's impossible for us to tell you whether or not it's relatively safe without knowing what inactive ingredients were in your pills or capsules, what procedure you used, etc. And even then it would be very difficult to tell you since it's not something there is any info on AFAIK, you are the first person I have ever heard of vaping supplements. I would really suggest you stick to oral use, I don't know if any other ROAs would even work well for 5-HTP or tyrosine. I would also be concerned about other ROAs possibly working too well and causing too high of blood levels and therefore unwanted or even potentially dangerous side effects. Then there are risks from inhaling random burnt stuff - there is other stuff in supplements besides the active ingredient. I don't think it's worth the risks. Just eat 'em.

If you have your heart set on vaping I can try to do some research though.

I really don't see why you would in the first place. The whole advantage to taking supplements is to provide your body with adequate nutrients for long lasting function. The other huge factor that's already been brought up is how dangerous and unhealthy vaping chemicals that were not meant to be vaped. If you're paying good money for supplements, and you mean to take them to improve your health, is it not counter-intuitive that you would risk your health taking health supplements in an unhealthy way?

lol, ok so wasnt my best idea ive had. more risk than its worth with negligible effect. this pulmonory embolism thing you speak of is that something unique to vaping supplements or do you run that risk with any chemical you try and burn (taking into account if you knew you had pure product -uncut of high quality?)

When you guys say substances that were 'meant to be vaped' vs ones which werent how does one ascertain when somehting is 'meant to be vaped'? isnt that subjective? Im not being nitpicky i wanna know if theres any rule of thumb to know when one shouldnt vape chemicals.

One thing i have noticed is these supplements took alot of burning to start smoking whereas rcs often vape pretty easily but that alone couldnt be a good indicator since crack burns at such a high temp.

i guess it doesnt matter too much really cos with actual recreational drugs those which can be vaped others will have done so and could advise on the pros and cons of the particular drug in question.

No. And i don't know why anyone would ever want to, even if it did work

Lets leave it at that.

what.the.shit. seriously.

please take your supplements as they were designed for oral consumption. you're not smoking meth, crack or heroin for christ' sake.

This has been covered to the extent that you know it's in your best interest to take your supplements as directed. Closing it up for now. If it is something you feel you must really peruse, shoot a PM and Swimmingdancer or myself can attempt to find you some research on it.
