Opioids is it safe to use cwe on a lortab and give to 75lb dog?

First off this site is about harm reduction right?.

The family dog is almost 20 now(in people years)
i have no clue how much that is in dog years..but alot.
I can tell shes in alot of pain and struggles to get up from laying down and when she uses the bathroom. It really hurts me to see her hurting.
Now i know that tylnol/acema. Inside the lortab is bad for dogs because their livers cant break it down. So thats whats keeping me from crushing up 1 of my pills and giving it to her. Now if i were to do a cwe on 1x lt,then it should make it ok to use on the dog right?
I love all animals..and want to help asmuch as i can.

We do not allow swim, my buddy or my pet dog, it doesn't protect you.
