Is it safe to use combinations of DXM, Hydrocodone, Cannabis, and Alcohol?

Hello, I'm currently on 250 mg dex, about to take 20 mg of Hydrocodone, and thinking about smoking a joint and having some beers later. I was wondering what the effect of mixing all or some of these would have on my body and mind, and this seemed like the right place to ask. I am experienced with all of these and more, but never together. Please let me know what you think would be a good mixture if this one seems like a waste. Thank you!
 
Do you have a tolerance to opiates? DXM potentiates opiates so if your ganna be deadset on combing those 2 then dont take your normal dose of opiates. I wouldent drink any alchy thats not a good idea.

I have a slight tolerance, but I've been trying to counteract that with small doses of DXM. I've ruled beer out of the equation; that, I've found, is only enjoyable with weed or Hydros alone.
 
I would not recommend this combo. If you are set on doing it, I would not drink the alcohol at all (too dangerous), start with quite a bit less of hydrocodone than you would normally take, and wait a while before deciding whether or not to smoke any weed.

Have you mixed DXM and hydrocodone before?

Just to clarify, by "250mg of dex" did you mean DXM, or did you mean you are on Dexedrine or something and planning to take some DXM as well? I assume you meant DXM, but slang terms can be confusing and vary from place to place (where I live no one calls DXM "dex").
 
I believe the OP is referring to DXM as "dex" - but we need clarification, OP. Mixing amphetamines (Dexedrine being an amphetamine) with DXM is dangerous.
 
Well if the "dex" is dextromorphan, 250mg is a really low dose. You might as well just drink instead.

Not necessarily, it depends on the person, their body weight, their individual sensitivity, and what effects they are looking for from it. And 250mg is not a small dose to be combining with other drugs. 250mg would definitely get me pretty messed up.
 
This is seriously a bad combo in my opinion for any opiate tolerance to be honest with you. The more different drugs you start combining the risk factors for unforeseen problem can be exponential. Tolerance, any possible known or unknown medical conditions, drug interactions, potentiation, these can all be factors and no one can really safely tell you that it's going to be safe for you. I would feel highly uncomfortable tell you that it's a safe combo because there is no way to know the one variable in this combination, and that one variable is you. Take it at your own risk :)
 
I'm not one to give much advise on DMX, never personally used it. I am not sure what happens when you get high on that other then what I have read online, so I'll just leave you with the advise I already gave ;)

I love that combo. But its not 'safe'.

I'd worry about the liver when combining APAP, DXM and alcohol, but it's dose and person dependent.

Not to mention opiates are HiGHLY habit forming
