is it safe to use a needle if your dope has sat in it all night

If its a pill, I would recommend refiltering it. Ive prepper manh a heroin shot before bed, however heroin doesnt have the nasty binders.

it's frowned upon but it's easily done. I have done it many times myself; I'd usually set-up a needle in the morning and bring to work and shoot come end of the day; never had a problem.

yes.if anything has settled(maybe a little of your blood, isnt the end of the world, or how you catch hep)just shake it up real good. run it under hot water if it really doesn't go back to initial consistency. it's fine. and im assuming dope is heroin in which case this will def work but pills may have filler that settled and id take the plunger out dump it to remix.

just noticing now that he says dope in the title and dilaudid in the thread. dilaudid actually works best in water out of all the pills. but going forward you may want to say daludid rather than dope when referring to what you are doing. they are 2 different things; yes, both are opiates but two different things to be talking about when discussing the dosage, use, etc.

I "pre-load" needles all the time with dilaudid and leave them in syringe for 24-48 hours at a stretch. No issues. As others have alluded to it's all in the prep work. Depending on your delivery fluid (I use sterile saline .9% solution) and filtration (I use a combination of cotton filter and .45 micron 12mm syringe filters) you can get it pretty clean and stable for semi-long term storage. I typically fill a 10ml vial and it lasts me a few days for chronic stomach pain.

Back in the early days when I started turning pills into liquid I used boiled distilled water and only cotton. It was okay doing it 1-2 needles at a time but any more and you risk contamination. The first vial/batch I did ended up a loss because after a few days I noticed "growth" inside the vial.

TL;DR Version: You should be fine for about 48 hours in most cases but any longer than that is risky unless you go to extremes like I do.

Years ago I had a job that I had to be clocked in and working at by 5:00AM.Every night I would pre-make a shot so I could hop out of bed,fix up and be on my way to work in a hurry.I did this with heroin and Dilaudid and never had a problem.

This. All your prepwork is crucial. Even with good technique, if you are not sterile, good technique doesn't mean shit.
