Is it safe to take mephedrone after taking tramadol?

Is there a risk of serotonin syndrome from taking mephedrone after having taken tramadol 12 hours earlier that day?
Say, 150mg of mephedrone at 6pm after having taken 225mg of tramadol at 6 am.
