Is it safe to take DayQuil while smoking meth?

I've been smoking meth tonight but I haven't taken the DayQuil.
I have a runny/stuffy nose and sneezing but I'm still hoping that im not getting sick.
I've taken 2 ibuprofens because I have a small headache which I'm guessing is from the sinus pressure building up and I also got a toothache that's been buggin me for the past few days.

I keep web searching if it's safe to take the DayQuil but I can't find anything solid.
Please help!
