Is it safe to mix Phenibut with benzos? I get nothing from Phenibut alone.

I bought phenibut in bulk powder from an online source. So far, I've taken up to about a 1-1.5g dose and have felt absolutely nothing from it at all. This is quite disappointing, I've read numerous reviews about it and after it was evident most reviews were good I figured I would buy some and give it a try. However, I do have a hefty diazepine tolerance and am currently physically dependent, as well as a pretty high alcohol tolerance. I was thinking and hoping this may be a good replacement for my etizolam usage. I don't know if I need to try upping the dose or just throw it away at this point. I hate to throw away money. *snip*

I also realize it takes a few hours to really kick in and i'm a man of instant gratification lol, so maybe i'm just not really giving it time. If any of ya have heard of it or tried it, does it work for you and if one is benzo dependent do they have to take much more than a person without any tolerance to GABAergics and last, can I mix my etizolam with it? Appreciate any input.

Phenibut can be tricky, though some people can catch a buzz from it others just don't get anything, my girlfriend is one of these people. Personally I don't get high off of phenibut either, just anxiolysis and a bit of clean stimulation. Being that phenibut is a GABAb agonist it won't be able to replace your etizolam use either, but if your getting nothing from it why bother mixing phenibut with you diazepam dose?

Although I have to reccomend not mixing two CNS depressants, if I'm being honest with such a high tolerance to diazepam I can't imagine you'd be in any real danger as far as respiratory depression goes should you take a couple grams of phenibut with your diazepam, but you will be at a higher risk of blacking out. If you decide to mix the two start low and if your not getting what you want out of it, just move on. Tolerance and dependance to phenibut is no joke, so be careful. Also beware of high doses, you'll be bent over a toilet for hours .
