Hey guys, I'm a frequent codeine user, which I usually combine with a low dose (50mg or so) of DXM to potentiate the codeine and delay tolerance.
If I were to add tramadol (200 - 400mg) to this mix, would I be in danger of serotonin syndrome? I know it's a bad idea with a full blown dissociative dose of DXM, but considering mine is relatively low I'm unsure, and can't seem to find a clear answer.
