Is it possible to turn morphine into something more efficient?

A single 100mg pill doesn't do much to me due to the first pass effect. I wouldn't IV anything, so that's out. I've hardly done any CWE or practiced any sort of chemistry; but what I would like to accomplish is the conversion of morphine to a different substance that would not be wasted by the liver. Or, perhaps there's a way to situate it in a form that is smokeable with a higher bioavailability than oral (30%)...?
Is this impossible or am I rightfully in the realm of optimism?

Without proper lab equipment and a deep understanding of pharmacology you won't be able to whip up any new drugs from a single pill of morphine. Even if you did know what you were doing we wouldn't be able to give you any advice on how to do so being that synthesis discussion isn't allowed on bluelight.

Your best bet is trying to bypass first pass metabolism by switching ROA's... sans injection rectal dosing is gonna be your next bet, which bypasses ~2/3rds of first pass metabolisation. If you're opposed to that you can snort the morphine. Other than that you're out of options unless you want to parachute it, which is still oral dosing and sucks with morphine.

Because you're options pretty much end there and going any further as far as turning the morphine into another substance (which isn't feasable anyways) is against the rules I've gotta close this. Good luck though, I hope switching the ROA helps .
