Is it possible to never fail a drug test despite smoking everyday?

I have never failed a drug test for cannabis. I smoke weed everyday and i am also overweight. I have even smoked the night before/same day as my drug tests and never had a problem with cannabis. I have failed drug tests for pills and I've even had a false positive test for heroin before. I was just wondering if there was anyone else out there with similar experiences. The most I have ever done to try to "cheat" a drug test is drink a lot of water and pray I don't fail.

Any thoughts on the subject? I am wondering if I can keep this up forever or If I should stop pressing my luck by continuing smoking as this might cause me to lose my job if one day I do actually test positive.

Ive been tested about 9-10 times in 2 years.

Consider yourself lucky then, I've failed one too many drug tests due to cannabis.

I knew a dude with around 2% body-fat, and he obviously had super fast metabolism. He was a daily smoker and if he needed to take a drug test for a job or whatever he could stop smoking for 2-5 days and pass. We should all be so lucky.

That is amazing EatFace. I have never heard of that happening & I failed my one & only drug test .

I had applied for a job & been through a lengthy interview process involving 2 interviews totalling 6 hours. I passed with flying colours & beat 60 other applicants for the role so I was naturally happy. The fact that the salary was anywhere from $120-150K was cause for celebration so I smoked a few bowls that weekend & sat down on Sunday to read the contract & saw a drug testing clause. I thought nothing of it as the contract was 9 pages & signed anyway.

On the Tuesday I received a call to report to XYZ medical centre for a physical evaluation. It was all routine until they pulled out a piss cup & of course I failed. When I rang my "boss" & told him he was not impressed but their HR would not bend the rules. Turns out that the company I was going to work for held the federal government hazardous waste programme including the destruction of drug seizures .

I was incredibly lucky as I had not resigned from my job yet (still work for the same company) & was offered a far more interesting job internally that may not pay $150K but is comfortable enough for an old pot head who never graduated high school.

If you like your job & would be upset if you lost it over weed then make a decision about smoking it. Or you could change jobs & find one that does not test.

I know but it really worked out for the best ultimately. A relapse would have been on the cards because the job was extremely stressful, it was a relationship manager for one huge client so if you fuck up.......
