I could not tell if i was registered because i did reg, but it slipped and i had to guess because it was already red. Maybe i got lucky and most of it did register. Its not sore at all, but a little bump, and my normal histamine reaction. I guessing even if i did miss having it not sore must be a good sign. I filtered twice, just really don't want an abscess.

yeah most of the time when you miss it doesn't hurt very much

Yeah! But without micron filtering, it's not likely to happen. Every poorly filtered shot I missed - very sore afterwards.
Yea if you felt the high at all, You probably just missed a little at the very end which happens often, If you have missed before you might just be use to the feeling or it might just be a bump from the vein being irritated, or sometimes if the needle isnt brand new when you pull it out it will slightly tug on your skin and leave a small red bump

Make sure all equipment, spoons, alcho-swops, micro-filter, even if there's still some saline solution left in that last vile - break a new one.....but I'm sure you/we all do this right?
In terms for a missed shot - depending on which vein was used as to how infectious (if it does at all) it will be.
At the very least there will be a lump, it'll be tender and possibly itchy and bruised. If any of these change either by the swelling going up or down your arm, itchiness moving or, if it stays constant if it doesn't improve in any later then a week and a half ...... go immediately at the very least to your GP! Generally a standard course of anti-biotics will fix it, if the infection gets worst and you don't get it seen to it can quite can quite easily become systemic and once it travels, it's not "just a case of anti-biotics" anymore!
