is it possible to feel h for 10 hours

i sniffed .15 at like 1:00pm i also took 150 mg tramadol , 50 mg baclofen . 1200 gabapentin around the same time but i just drank a box of wine ( i know gross) but it was only the 3 drink , but after that it really feels like im noddin out , is it the tramadol or could it be the H?

the tramadol buzz can last for 10 to 16 hours for me. You are probably feeling a slight buzz from the tram and the tail end of the h. Cannabis will also bring the buzz back most of the time so I'm sure that helped. You took a lot of different things, I'm not surprised you are still feeling it.

You must have a tolerance because people usually oberdose combining all that with heroin.......just be careful adding all kinds of stuff with heroin.
