I have always enjoyed a little bit of MDMA once every four months when going to a party.
The problem is that I am currently tapering my Diazepam-usage. I was prescribed the pills for a certain illness and got addicted to them. During this process of diazepam-withdrawal (and apparently for a long time after recovery also) I am not able to drink alcohol because, so I have read, alcohol and benzodiazepines influence the same kind of receptors in the brain. I don't know a lot about that, so excuse me if I don't put that into words correctly. All I know is not to touch alcohol, so I don't.
My question now is: am I allowed to use MDMA, or does MDMA also (partially?) influence the same part of your brain as benzodiazepines do? Is there any way MDMA could influence my progress in a negative fashion? It's important to me as I do not want to hold back my withdrawal-progress, but if I could still use it safely at a party without taking that risk I would be quite a happy man
Thank you in advance,
MTM
