is it ok to re-sure a needle that was used once a while ago?

I know it's generally not a good idea to re-use needles but is there any extra danger in re-using a needle that has been used only once that is but about 2 months ago. like to they build up bacteria or anything once out of the pack?

im sure it would be just the same as if u re-used it an hr later right?
