Whenever I buy crack which is almost never, the 30 rock which is a pretty big rock is always gone in like less than ten minutes. Is this normal? I just can't stop myself. I want more and more. But then when it's done....well, kinda depressed but that's that. No addiction or anything. But for the MOMENT. totally addicted. FIEND status. i constantly find myself looking on the floor for rocks that aren't there. why is this? and is this normal?

What you're describing sounds perfectly normal from what I've heard of crack. You might want to beware of a possible addictive personality, especially regarding stimulants. Nevertheless, people arguably fiend over crack more than any other drug. When you look for rocks on the floor you're experiencing a combined extremely strong craving to feel the high you felt probably mere seconds before and a sort of psychosis, if you will, which tricks your brain into thinking that there definitely still is crack on the ground; its normal.

That's cocaine for you... There's no harm reduction value here so I'm going to close this.

It's pretty common knowledge that cocaine is a fiendish drug, a potent drug that lasts only 20 minutes, if that, probably will lead to some compulsive redosing. What you described with fiending and carpet surfing is a pretty regular occurrence with cocaine abusers.
