Opioids is it legal to inject my subutex?

So I didn't specifically see that is against the rules to ask legal advice, and I can't find the answer to this question anywhere. I can't get a hold of my lawyer. The cops impounded my car and confiscated syringes that I had only used to iv subutex, which I am prescribed to. So, since I have a license to posses that drug, when they test it and it comes back as bupe, am I going to be in trouble? Is it illegal to do this? I live in nh and am over 18 so I can legally possess syringes. If this kind of discussion is taboo, my apologies please close this thread, but I am throughly frustrated because I can't find the answer to this question anywhere. Thanks.
 
of course its illegal, for one your doctor is surely going to kick u right off of subutex, your not taking it as directed, its meant for sublingual adminstration, nowhere on the RX bottle will it say crush tablet, add water, mix, and inject. possessin syringed even if they're CLEAN is a misdeamanor, poss. hypodermic syringe, unlesss u have a card to legally possess syringed where u can get at project safe places for drug IV users. You can also be charged for possessing a controlled substance out of it's container (RX bottle).

In NH possession of a clean syringe is legal. I'm sure if my doctor is contacted I'll be fucked and loose my script, but please show me the law that says it's SPECIFICALLY illegal to do this...I had my prescription bottle on me at the time so I won't be charged with having it out of the bottle.
 
No its not taboo at all to ask, whats taboo is not using the right harm reduction ie.. filtering the pils with a micron filter. As far as weather its legal or not. That's a damn good question. In my own opinion if you are using the prescribed dose, why should it matter what roa it is. The cops on the other hand probably have a hard on thinking those rigs got dope residue in them, hence the impounding of the car and what not. But here is the most important question have you been formally charged with any crime?

What happened was I was smoking a bowl in a parking lot and I took a hit of nitrous and someone saw me inhale the balloon and called the cops on me. When we left the parking lot we were pulled over and the cop pulled me out of the car and despite me telling him he had no consent to search he made me empty my pockets and found a suboxone in my pill case, I had suboxone on me because earlier that day someone broke into my car and stole my bottle of subutex. I told the cop that I had been prescribed suboxone in the past so I got charged with authorized possession, a misdemeanor. They impounded and searched the car, and when I got the car back I saw that they had found and confiscated my needles, which im sure they will find bupe in. So as of now I have not been charged for the needles, and since I used to be prescribed suboxone I probably wont be in too much trouble for that. Since I had a bottle in my pocket with a couple subutex on me, if they do find bupe in those needles then technically I am authorized to possess that, but what I want to know is if it is SPECIFICALLY illegal to inject your own prescription drugs.
 
It depends on your jurisdiction.

We don't do legal questions for this very reason. Also, get a lawyer if you haven't, and stop talking about your potential crimes online...
