Is it known how different substitutions of 2c-x affect different parts of the brain?

i don't have anything too constructive to add to this, but i will re-emphasize a point that the OP made but no one else has commented on yet... 2C-E and 2C-P are REALLLLY different in effects!
 
maybe this will shed a lil' light on the situation. I used a model for 5ht2a receptor whose accuracy we are debating in another thread, but for purposes of comparing/contrasting binding modes for tryps and phens, I dunno but they ARE pretty!

Ok maybe those will give at least a ballpark idea of how much you might or might not be wasting that hit of mescaline!
