Would you consider it rape if a man was sleeping and he was awoken to see his girlfriend/a hot girl sucking his cock? I ask because it happened to me a few months ago and I didn't realise at the time it could (or couldn't??) Be considered rape. Needless to say I wasn't complaining but what do you guys think?

If you roofie a girl and afterwards, she has no problem with it, then its not rape.

Back in the day, if a couple were married, a man could not be charged with raping his wife.

if she didnt agree to be drugged n didnt consent to sex its rape imo,

to me i would consider that rape but the victim didnt seem to care about

Per the Law here? Yes, you could be charged with and found guilty of aggravated sexual assault (rape) for such a act.

But context usually matters...if it's your wife/GF/fuck buddy that you have been with for a fair while, and have done similar things with before, as long you stopped right away at their protest, it would be unlikely to be considered rape.

This. It depends on the context I suppose. If it's with one-night stand and you haven't made it clear that he/she can kind of have their way with you while they're asleep, then yeah I suppose there's a problem. If it's with a girlfriend/boyfriend/spouse, eh.
It's kind of a grey area.

You said this was a bf/gf situation, but suppose that the sleeping subject was gay, or was in a happy relationship and had no desire to be unfaithful.
