Is it better to buy kratom off the internet?

I was wondering because I bought some kratom at a smoke sop and took like 2 capsules and didnt feel anything, so then i bought this malay kratom liquid and it didnt do anything. It was a thai strand, i think i might of felt a little bit of stimulation but idk

my question is is it better to buy kratom online? Like is the kratom more potent? Also which is the most sedating blend of kratom? Bali?

yes the kratom online is a much better deal and is usually of much higher quality than that which you'll see in a head shop. if you're looking for something more sedating, stick to bali, maeng da is more stimulating. you can also save a lot by stuffing your own gel caps with powdered kratom versus buying pre made caps. try to avoid abusing kratom, it can lead to a rather pernicious and unfulfilling habit.

is the powder the best thing to have? Do i mix it in a glass of water or something if i dont want to put them in gel caps? Isnt there a leaf i chew on?

I recommend checking out the kratom megathread over in Other Drugs. We can't give you sourcing information. Most people use powder but you can do a wash of the leaves and that works well too. Most people buy it off the Internet but we can't discuss that due to the sourcing rules on this site.
