Is it base or sulphate?

Hey, just got a hold of some really strong speed, it smells a mile away, pissy fishy smell., and it's really sticky/wet dont know how to describe it really.
The speed itself sticks to a bag a bit, really hard to get it powdery enough to snort. Small drip, and stings my nose alot.

My question is - what could it be? Is it possible that it's base? I always thought that sulphate is powder with consistency of flour or something like that.

And is it possible to smoke sulphate? I've tryed chasing the dragon method, but the amount i smoked didnt got me high.

probably sulphate, you're in europe right? speed freebase is a liquid, calling wet speed base is just a marketing method as far as i know.

We had a thread on tis somewhere recently, if the liquid seems oily kits likely poorly finished sulphate with some base left in it, that might explain why it stings so much.
If its just wet then it just standard "base" that they sell these days which is just Amphet Sulphate power with water added to make a paste because thats what people seem to expect.

Either way of you want to snort it cut the bag open spread it out on a warm plate and wait for it to dry out a bit, it is my understanding that if its base speed in there it will dry more rapidly but either way you should end up with a more powdery substance, but you will, of course lose some weight.

Usually if it easily dissolves in water it's a salt, if it doesn't it's a base.

Either way, if you're having trouble with oily or sticky gear, I recommend folding and mixing it in with another powder, such as glucose, to make it easier to snort and handle.

Yup im in europe. Damn, i thought i have some base...
But this stuff is definetly strong. Few days ago, i've got my hands on some powdery stuff, typical speed that you can get in here.
The first day i was using it (approximately 0,3g), it did get me high for a whole day and night. But the next day didn't do a jack. Took 8 fatass lines, that only gave me energy boost and dilated pupils(Never get those from speed) for a while, i thought it was because i've had a sleepless night, but day after(today), i took my last dose, and felt nothing. Then i took this stuff. It got me wired.

So if i would decide to evaporate it - will i only loose weight, or will i loose some of that powder too?
So i guess you cant smoke sulphate, right?

Should also add that yeah, base is normally sticky and oily, with salts being dry powder.

By the way - Is there any powder that smells like speed? I've read that The mephedrone has that fishy smell, and such.
