You're likely going to do a lot of thinking whether you do something else or not. You're going to need more stimulus.
Psychedelics are meant to take you on an adventure, in your mind and in the real world at the same time. In fact there's no real difference between the two. They will show you things and you will learn.
For example, I took san pedro a couple of days ago, and everything I saw, san pedro saw through my eyes. It unlocked latent capacities in my mind and it said, "Here, listen to the distant sound of human pollution - traffic, planes, people making noise in their houses. Did you know the nocturnal creatures in the trees are perenially on edge because of it? Think about it, those kinds of strange noises have their fight and flight mechanism constantly triggered. How unpleasant must that be?" Or, "See that graffiti? If you look closer, you'll find it resembles alien symbols. The teenagers who put it there must have felt so isolated. Like aliens stranded on the wrong planet saying, hey, assholes, we need help, we're not from around here! Yet all society does is condemn and force them to 'grow up'." Etcetera.
So if all you give acid is closed eyes and your own thoughts, it won't have all that much to go with. That's why it's best to be spontaneous, and to have an open and stimulating environment.
Having said that, my first acid trip was alone in my room, and all I really needed was my computer, to write down tons and tons of thoughts and to listen to music. Having said THAT, my next trip was in the bush, and it was a much better trip.
Of course, none of this necessarily applies if you're just looking to have fun. But it doesn't sound like that's your main concern. Good luck with the questions on your mind - it will also help if you go in with no idea what to expect. You won't have a bad trip if you take a safe dose. And it will probably be a little different from what you're imagining. Hope you enjoy it!
