is IM hydromorphone just as bioavailable as IV?

the title says it all. are IV and IM the same bioavailability?

edit: found my answer, guess I didn't look hard enough. IV: %100 (obviously) IM: %85

gave myself a shot in the thigh. took about 10 minutes to start feeling it, now about a half hr later and im pretty high

I missed many times shooting hydromorphone, & it's about 85% in my opinion like you said. It's much better IV than it is IM. I don't know if it okay to shoot up the pills IM due to me having a vial of hospital/hospisit grade hydromorphone (2mg/ml).
