As per the title.

It is only like 1/10 the price of western branded versions.
 
Sorry, but this is pretty much against the rules, because nobody can tell you, without proper testing.
What if someone tells you yes it's safe, you buy it and it's not safe and you get priapism or something worse?
 
Exactly what KK said. If you still go ahead and try it, only a small amount. You have to treat it like an RC. The only advice we can give is don't chance it. Closed.
