Opioids Is G.I. Bleeding a symptom of withdrawal?

Currently 47hr into withdrawal and noticed blood [the bright red kind, not the very bad, "coffee grounds" kind] in both my vomit and diarrhea.
Could just opioid withdrawal cause that?

I don't think so.

Are you taking anything more likely to make your GI tract bleed? NSAIDS?

Sounds dodgy, if in doubt go see a doc?

I have vomited & passed blood #2 from GI tract rebounds. It happens to those with GI problems. I have experienced it.
