Is epistane a good choice for a first timer?

Its much closer to Winstrol than var. Doesn't seem to have such a direct effect on fat loss as winstrol does tho. Its worse on liver function than var and doesn't give quite such insane pumps. It can cause joint problems (like Winstrol) as it acts like an AI.

ye m8 the cycle is going well, i have had no bad side effects (so far).
I have gained 10 lbs in weight since starting.
Notable improvement in strength and rediculous recovery time ... for example when I train legs usually im sore for around 2-4 days, now I have 1 day of soreness then im back to normal!

I would post pics but I dont have a camera and sadly dont have a decent enough phone to transfer pics.

Ive definatly noticed a difference in myself though, as far as mentally I feel the same neither better or worse but I think Im a little more positive because I have something to occupy my time... i,e train, eat and rest
 
yeah anabolics make your recovery time insane...on my last bout with stakabol i was literally training 3 hours a day
 
am i right in training once everyday then?

for example:
mon: chest
tue: back
wed: legs
thurs: shoulders
fri: arms
sat: chest
sun: back

etc
