Is E quite safe in Prague, and where are the top nightclubs?

Going away to Prague for the Christmas Holidays, Been once but never experienced the nightlife apart from being gattered in a few irish pubs in Prague square. At the moment i am into Trance,Electro,Dance and House and looking for a good club which is generally open on the weekend for a good rave. To compliment my night out I fancy trying ecstasy, I usually consumer around 110-150mg on a night out, Does anyone know about the quality of the ecstasy within clubs as information on-line is quite outdated and pill reports can only go so far as a lack of contribution is made within the Prague section.
