Is doing a CWE hard?

I have 12 tylenol 3's from the dentist. I'd like to try a CWE, but i don't want to end up messing it up and wasting all the pills.

Also, on an unrelated note, does grapefruit juice potentiate codeine?

i've heard grapefruit juice is a no-go for codeine. but you will be able to decide for yourself with a little searching and reading.
