Is dextroamphetamine CR better than dextrostat?

I was considering to switching to the CR version of dextro/amph. Mainly, because the come downs with the dextrostats make me feel jittery, nervous, and so forth.
Question:
With the motivation, concentration, and euphoria that the dextrostats give me. Would Dextro/CR be just as effective? Being a contolled released formulation, would it still give me the motivation, concentration, and euphoria without any harsh come downs?

It will still probably be fine for the intended purpose, less euphoria but less harsh a comedown. Being a little jittery sorta comes with the territory with stimulants.

Dextroamphetamine is a usefull drug-no doubt. 10-20mgs wll diminish fatigue and boost energy. IR formulations will have a quicker impact-althought shorter lasting.

Try Ritalin, it's known to be just as good as D-amp. Comparison tests of both Ritalin and D-amp show Ritalin 'superior' mg for mg in it's ability to excite mental faculties.

@ davids, thank you but i have already tried ritalin and it was worse coming off from that than the dextro. Ive tried strattera, ritalin, concerta, adderall, dexedrine, and now dextro.

Ritalin has a worse comedown than Dexedrine for sure.

From personal experience, the instant release produced euphoria, along with the concentration, motivation, fatigue and increased attention. The Dexedrine spansules didn't produce euphoria or that "rush" of energy like the instant release could. The duration is only a little bit more than a few hours. Roughly 3-4 hours vs 6-7 hours. It never lasted the entire 8 hours, therefor I had to take them twice a day, it wasn't a once-a-day pill.

So its a spansule not a tablet like dextrostat but like an adderral xr capsule? So, how would you rate it in its overall effectiveness? I mean is it worth it? Since, my doc wont give me klonopin to ease the harsh comedown.

Yes, its in a capsule like Adderall XR. Look very similar, just with a different color capsule. The brand name looks really cool.
It has a much easier comedown, although I don't find it as useful as instant release. In my opinion you should stay with the instant release.

For recreational use the instant release is gonna be tops, but as usual the controlled/extended release is better for responsible use, e.g.: studying
