Opioids Is buprenorphine worth it for a high?

some people love it, but they need to up dosages so fast to get same effect, read recently someone taking 4 grams a time due to tolerance, which maybe is tachyphylaxis

with bupre i started with 0,5mg and went up to 8mg per day, relatively fast. every time nasally. with kratom for example i can stay at my standard dose of 5g for months.

Once a friend shared a 2mg bupe pill with me, I had no opioid tolerance and took the whole 2mg (she was on 32mg/d and under-estimated the potency probably) sublingually. The result was relaxing and a bit of a nod but not euphoric by any means, like e.g. acute (as in not daily) morphine is. So my 2 cents are that bupe isn't worth it just to get high.

i did 8mg strip about twice a month. liked it no big "thing" but felt it and helped a bit with pains for a couple days. kratom wouldnt really "work" until a couple days later, ime.
but i got the little comfy feeling.
been a couple months.
