Is benadryl safe

I took 240mg of codiene at 11 pm, i then took 60mg more codeine at 2pm and 60 more at 4pm. At 4 i also took 10mg adderall IR. Then at 5 i took 20mg adderall XR.
So its 1 am and i want to sleep, can i take 50mg benadryl safely?

Short answer, yes.

I would say most likely unless you're feeling extremely up. Read the package, does 50mg benadryl = 50mg Diphenhydramine? I would imagine 50mg of DPH is enough to knock you out for a good 8-10 hours with no tolerance.
