I was I'm the ER after having 2 back to back seizures and they gave me 2mg of ativan to take when I get home. I take 4-8mg of zanaflex for muscle spasms in my neck and back after I fell after a seizure last week. Is it safe to take the 2mg ativan, my 200mg of lyrica and my 4-8mg of zanaflex. I took the 2mg ativan about an hour ago and don't feel much.

They are all CNS depressants and the risk of things like drowsiness, dizziness, respiratory depression etc would be cumulative. If the zanaflex is used as needed maybe leave that out but you should speak to your physician if at all possible.

Well, I can't talk to my doc right now as its 12:18am and my back and neck are killing me from the spams. The ativan isn't helping to stop them and the zanaflex is used to stop spasms and lyrica for pain. Of course I don't want to die or anything, I just want the pain to go away :(

It is doubtful you would die but it is certainly not completely safe. Maybe kick the tizanidine dose down to 2mg unless you have capsules of 4mg.
