Is apo naproxen mdma and penicillin a bad mix?

I went to the dentist today to find out I have two exposed nerves. I was in pain all night so she recommended I go in tomorrow and get two teeth pulled. In the meantime she gave me apo naproxen and penicillin assuring me it's a pain killer. It's definitely not to the degree I need it to be but I've already taken the medication and the only thing I have available to me is mdma which I'm hoping will relieve some of pain... Is it okay to mix more or less? The last thing I want to deal with is more pain as childish as that sounds but this has been hell on top of a whole bunch of other shit I can't deal with atm.

Personally if it was me, I wouldn't mix any drug that gave me jaw clenching when there are problems with anything in my mouth. True it would probably numb the pain but it could also make it worse(if i understood your story right).
