just wondering because it helps with anxiety it says it helps you sleep too. I heard at certain groccery shops tha sell somethign that has traqulizier affects does anyone know what im talking about?

They have completely different mechanisms and (contain) unrelated chemicals. And I have no idea about the grocery store thing, it depends on way too many variables, what sort of drug exactly, grocery stores in what country, etc.

Melatonin is okay enough at promoting sleepiness, and it does nothing whatsoever for anxiety.

I've personally found that kava pills are often bunk. Kava needs to be fresh to work, and pills often aren't.

melatonin is not an anxiolytic, it will just reset your circadian rhythm and m ake you a little sleepy. kava kava on the other hand will cause mild euphoria and relaxation, much better for anxiety,

my guess is that the kava kava you bought was bunk, usually the capsule bought at headshops or smoke shops are fake or extreemly weak. also my guess if you google "buy kava kava" the top 20 links will sell fake shit or extremely weak shit.
