I do eat the things you listed. I have a stack of canned tunas. I don't eat BIG to get that FULL feeling (I heard this stretches your gut and make you hungrier sooner, so you eat more sooner and get fatter and fatter til it becomes a cycle into obesity).
From what I learned in the past, every meal should consist of 100 grams of quality carbohydrates and 50 grams of protein. I stuck by that rule, but now lesser carbs since it's not all that needed and I'm on a steady weight class so far. Should I change this up a bit?
