Is a "pre-workout" steroid just a bit much?

I do eat the things you listed. I have a stack of canned tunas. I don't eat BIG to get that FULL feeling (I heard this stretches your gut and make you hungrier sooner, so you eat more sooner and get fatter and fatter til it becomes a cycle into obesity).

From what I learned in the past, every meal should consist of 100 grams of quality carbohydrates and 50 grams of protein. I stuck by that rule, but now lesser carbs since it's not all that needed and I'm on a steady weight class so far. Should I change this up a bit?

you heard wrong my friend
if you wanna get big you have to eat,and quality food
first rule of bodybuilding
steroids wont work if you dont eat
i wasted years of training by not eating right

i know your new,i made the same mistakes,so dont take it personally
we want to help you bro

Indeed ongos. We were all new in the steroid scene. I might come across like a dick when I answer some of your questions but I honestly love answering them and talking about all this stuff, it's become a passion of mine.

You should be aiming at 3,000 to 4,000 calories a day if you are trying to build mass. Remember that as long as you eat quality foods, you won't gain much fat, and you are on steroids as well, so you won't gain much and will even lose a bit. You are on a low dose of HGH as well so that will prevent any major fat gain. I'm not saying to eat icecream, cake, candy, and garlic knots and pizza all day, but eat whats healthy and what tastes good.

Everyone is different though. 3,500 is my sweet spot for adding mass. 1,800 is my sweet spot for recomping. You have to learn how to read your body. You might need 5,000 calories to add mass.
