i normally go when i wake up and once more in the day on a regular basis. but i was doing pods for a few days and one morning i almost overflowed the toilet with poop. and i had goosflesh on my arms. does this sound like opiate wd or benzo wd ?

It is goosebumps and most likely the opiates as opiates cause constipation and when you stop using what do you think is going to happen to all that poop you could not release? Hope this helps.

I agree with Bayhead. One of the main symptoms of Opiod WD is diarrhea. Personally I never experience this symptom but have seen it. Try taking anti-diarrhea OTC pills with Loperamide HCI such as Imodium or maybe a cheaper off brand should suffice. They have a Opiod in them that is very weak but in high doses helps with WD an diarrhea obviously. Hope this helps, best regards

kewl, thanks guys, i seem to be doing much better now. the thing that confuses me, was i quit for a few weeks and figured i was safe to dose and not WD the next day, but even worse. the opiate high was strange, not a good buzz which has never happened, and yeah i got goosbumps and dhiareeah. ive never been addicted to opiates before to my knowledge but i may have caused a light one. is it possible to cause a WD by taking a smaller amount than you normally would've? it felt like instead of catching a buzz i just gave myself a mild WD. if this sounds completely impossibly, it may just be a coincidence that i was naturally under the weather the day i decided to do pods.

*edit* either way i think its in my best interest to take 2 or 3 weeks off completely, before going back to using pods 1x a week.*

Drinking pod tea even twice a week can cause mild physical dependency, as it lasts so long, no matter how well you space those couple of times out.

Opiate addiction is insidious... by the time you know for sure that you're physically dependent, you're knee deep in the opiate game.

Oh Yes - definitely a 10 pound shit is the result of stopping opiates. When I stop, after about 1 day, I start having to go A LOT. The first one's are HUGE and somewhat hard. I have to flush a few times to make sure I don't stop up or over flow the toilet. I call the first one the "cork". The second one is pretty big but not as hard. The third one can be like one long 6 foot snake and is soft and connected. Then the squirts happen. They can go on for about a week. And you get really bad cramps. I think this is the worst part of opiate WD. The problem is - is that my "problem" is around that area - so it can be very painful for me.

Yeah, it's kind of funny how the initial shit since your last dose of opiates is hard, and as you start to enter withdrawal, you'll usually take a dump where the "head" of the stool is rock-like, but becomes more soft towards the "tail" (I apologize for the nasty names, but it's the easiest way to describe it-sort of like a pimple).

I'm going to change the title to this thread to something a bit more tastefull (if possible haha).

your whole post made me lol.

reminded me of "the poop that took a pee" from southpark. Which is probably why I re-read your post in a morgan freeman voice.

But yes the first dump after an opiate binge is like giving birth to a baby. It is very painful. All dumps after said "heroin baby" are usually just brown liquid spraying from your anus ( sometimes uncontrollably ).

TOO MUCH INFORMATION ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

see, i never had the cork, but i did have the ten lb. snake. scary, but if you looked a little closer you could tell he was a softy. it was a floater no doubt

sounds like you just had a good shit. i always get the goosebumps after an awesome emptying of the bowels, particularly if i've been a bit constipated from morphine use. if it turns into diarrhea it's probably a fair sign to say you're in for a little bit of wd.

you guys should try being on opiates for a few days straight with no shits then snorting the stimulant of your choice. I had monster shits while opiated, weird experience. First symptom for me is restless legs, hits me every morning unless i dose at night, in which case i get overly constipated, just no winning. the massive diarrhea doesnt hit me until 2 days later.
