is a 60 day wait long enough?

i rolled on JAN 1st and on Mar 25th. i told myself i would roll for 90 days but now i want to at EDC NY on MAY 19th.

is this a long enough wait?

I waited 63 days last time, took 100mg crystal mdma and wow that gave me intense euphoria and being absolutely bewildered my lights, music and sound... The bass waves that flowed through my body, i wonder if you know what i mean it is just like im part of the sound or something its hard to explain yet one of the best feelings ever on mdma.

The effects lasted 3-4 hours, but consider that i only take one dose when i do mdma.
My jaw was sore for 2 weeks odd , from all that smiling lol

If you want to have the best mdma experience, i would suggest:

- 60 days waiting time
- Eating many foods out of this diet http://www.bluelight.ru/vb/entries/4...ve-no-comedown. (Keeping a decent Tryptophan / carbs + starches ratio So that tryptophan gets put first in line for conversion over over amino acids
- Get as much daylight as you can for those 60 days as possible, dont lay in, get up and get daylight, this will further help raise it
- Avoid Alcohol consumption completely if possible
- Don't redose
- Dose light , if you are very sensitive and have followed these steps, take between 90 and 100mg and if you arent so sensitive take between 100mg and 120mg. But please make sure if you have went to all this effort that your mdma is tested, and maybe you have dosed on it before, so you will have a rough idea of potency/ Purity. The more cuts = less true weight
 
Yes. But remember, the longer the better. When I am coming up hard after a 3-4+month break, i always thank myself.

Your link is broken so I'm not sure what your diet is, but it isn't as simple as you seem to think.
I'll explain what I know about the process.

Since tryptophan is indeed an essential amino acid, it seems logical to assume that a diet rich in proteins would result in more tryptophan and therefore serotonin. The opposite is actually true. When one eats a meal high in proteins it's been observed that brain and serum levels of serotonin actually decrease. This is because tryptophan makes up only a small part of most dietary protein sources. Since many amino acids compete for common carrier molecules for transport into neurons, brain influx of tryptophan shows a relative decline. I also believe(am not 100% certain) tyrosine takes preference over tryptophan uptake, further complicating matters.

A carb-rich, protein-poor meal will actually increase serotonin even if the protein in question contains little or no tryptophan. This is due to insulin release, which causes muscle cells to uptake LNAAs(large neutral amino acids) and thus increase tryptophan ratios in the brain.

Now, I wanna say again that I don't know what your link said with regards to dietary recommendations. For all I know you said exactly this. However, based on some of your previous posts, it seems to me that you don't understand the complicated nature of amino acid uptake and metabolism, which is the only reason I stepped in here. I do apologize if I have the wrong impression about your understanding.

As I said in a previous thread, it is best to simply have a good, healthy diet in general whether or not one uses mdma(or any other drug). There is no reason to overthink something like this, which is honestly what I think you have a tendency to do Sam.

As Far as i know, i roll harder than anyone i know too.
I have never seen anyone as far as me on mdma before

Lol Sam get off your high horse haha, lots of people get absolutly mangled by mdma... XD I know a few who are just as sensitive as you and they roll balls of 120 mg's or so... :P While I think the diet certainly helps, some people just are alot more sensitive then others.
 
honestly as much as ppl say spacing has to do with how hard u roll, IMO it really is just one piece of a very large puzzle.....as long as u are not overdoing it (which i'd consider rolling more than once per month) then u can roll just as hard every time. once it gets to a certain amount of space in between rolls i really dont think it makes a difference, but to each his own and obviously the longer u wait the better it is on ur brain
 
i challenge you with my friend J. he gets the most fucked iv ever seen in my life lol. you can hardly see his eys for a half second before they roll back into his head somewhere and it looks as though it is impossible for him to open his mouth to talk lol. i can post a pic of a tooth brush he chewed on one night that would blow your mind lol. but yeah it just depends on the person i think. everyones body and brain function differently in ways. but yeah people like him are so lucky lol. to answer the question though, yeah 60 days is a good long wait. you should roll ballz my friend. PLUR.
 
all i know is everything so far is lining up to be a epic saturday night.. the 6 month break i had itself is nice but also have been exercising alot ,eating healthy, doing sams diet thing and being out in the middle of nowhere were i rage and not have to worry about ANYTHING (including cops lol) makes me want saturday to be here NOW =D:!:!
