I'm not sure if this is a troll post or I don't understand your question.

Get hard could be a few things - go hard as in crazy, high and dancing or get hard as in an erection.

MDMA is not used to get erections, and not normally a side effect from the drug.

If what you took was MDMA (did you test it) then if its not working within an hour/ 90 mins - it wasn't MDMA or you may be on other medication blocking its effect.

It is normal not to be able to get an erection when on MDMA, then when you manage to get hard it can be difficult to actually cum.

If your that aroused stimulated it is possible to orgasm without an erection - its normally the other way around on MDMA though
