Is 4-FA legal in the UK?

My mates just been offered some 4-Fluoroamphetamine 4-fa and we were just wandering is this was legal in the UK.

As far as i am aware it is a Class A substance.

This is what i hate about the miuse of drugs act.

As a non-chemist i just had a look and i would have said it was legal as i can't see it anywhere.

Why can't they just have a big long list lol....

Still trying to work out why it would be a class A though if amphetamine is a class B??

The 1977 mod. order to the MoDA makes any amphetamine ring substituted with a halogen (like fluorine) a class A

4-meo-pcp is not amphetamine based and it is, to my knowledge, legal in the UK.
