Benzos is 3 mgs alzaprom too much for a first time user?

Yes. Start with no more than 1mg if you have no tolerance to benzodiazepines. Stuff like this has been covered 4,291.5 times according to my count. Check out the directory, located in my signature, as well as basic drug discussion. Also since you are new please give the BLUA (user agreement) and the rules some lovin', and spend some quality time with them getting to know them.
