is 2C-I legal in the STATES?

did some research and it shows a bill is trying to be passed to make 2c-i illegal in the states or a scheduled drug in other words - so if what I read is correct does that mean its still "legal" lol until a month ago the only psychs i knew that existed for the most part were lsd/mushrooms and "mesacline" which i had no idea what real mescaline was and i still dont technically so if anyone can elaborate id be most greatful - also if 2c-i is allowed in the states this blows my mind - where would one find a RC thats still unscheduled ud think it would be pretty common ?

If it's doled out in capsules or you make any statements indicating human usage it is illegal by analogue laws (though these are very very rarely enforced by local LE).

In bulk with proper MSDS it is still "legal" but I am pretty sure they will if anything tweak that bill allowing actual researchers to still have access but I would stock up and bet that it WILL ultimately be passed, though when is anyones guess as congress has been such an insane asylum of late.
