is 1.5 grams of phenibut in anyway comparable to a low dose of xanax?

anyone with positive experience with this gaba supplement able to help me out?

For me a definite mood enhancement but with far less physical calming effects and im not sure on how it would help anxiety. Only send recreational but not for anxiety. Also please never drive on this drug, its far more dangerous then any other drug ive been an idiot and drive on due to is sneakyness.

It doesn't feel like benzodiazepines in any sense of the word for me.. but it is great for mood enhancement, anxiety and sleep..

Although, with the sleep, it seems to improve quality of sleep and make it easier to get to / stay asleep.. It definitely doesn't make me sleepy, though.

Unfortunately, the only things that feels like a Benzo, is a Benzo.
