Irish Bluelighters please vote tomorrow

I know that feel bearlove. My wife was considered nothing more than a fag hag last night while we were drinking at a gay bar. I wish I was joking :(

All the arguments against allowing gay marriage are ridiculous. God does not hate men loving other men, he simply hates sodomy. Everyone knows sex often dries up for married couples so surely it is win-win in Jesus' eyes. If they are concerned about gay married couples pssibly molesting adopted children why not only allow them to adopt little girls?
 
Yes so where the fuck did this against gays come from? There were gay empirers in Jesus' time n I can hardly see him hating gays as he preached love for everyone. Besides didnt the church change some of the Bible in the fourth century????

^ Mostly via the lines of scripture - across several religions - and the pricks that chose to emphasise those lines whilst ignoring others. The rest of us genuinely could not give the tiniest of shits and never did. Religion pure and simple. A massive part of which is male insecurity when it comes to life in general so is hardly a great shock to anybody else that boys who like the cock are more demonised than the girls who like the fanny despite both being - technically - sodomy and as bad as each other (eternal damnation and nothing short of that) in most religious texts.

The term "sodomy" means all form of sexual conduct not intended to cause pregnancy in the female. Yes, that does include wanking and blowies. We are all sodomites as far as Biblical Law is concerned. Virgins in every conceivable sense of the word aside anyway. If the Abrahamic faiths were ever a "thing" they'd've died out generations ago.

There's a semi-entertaining thread on this over in CEP if anyone is interested.

I was following comments made on CiF in the Guardian about this yesterday. It's interesting to see just how violently opposed to homosexuality the 'No' vote is. It makes you wonder just what some (most) of these people are scared of/threatened by. There were many people on the Guardian site prepared to renounce their Irish citizenry because of the vote.
