Heroin Ireland & UK - Worst Drought ever!

Anyone in Ireland or even UK having a major drought at the moment? I have not been able to get any heroin -NOTHING 8o - for the last week and everyone has been ringing everyone they know and there is nothing. I heard England is the same.... what the fuck is going on?!

Anyone else having the same problem? My head is wrecked.... probably should use it as a good opportunity to get clean! :p
