IP Address is banned but account isn't - any ideas why?

Hi there, I'm logged in at my girlfriend's house at the moment as I was unable to access this forum at my own house, as it said my IP was banned. I don't really understand why it would be as I don't think I've done anything wrong. The only thing I can think of is that I've recently changed my ISP (from BT to Sky) which may have caused the problem.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
