I'm in Australia and it seems much harder to get some of the things you guys have, Hydromorphone being a good example. Diamorphine(Heroine)is used in Hospitals only, Palative care essentially. A big problems emerging is the use of IV Fentynal, it's got me in just 3 weeks, has to have the nastiest most unpleasant withdrawals I've ever experienced and I'm 50 with s lifetime of drug experience.
I've only just stumbled on to this site and wow, intelligent discussion by long term users on various ways to beat the drugs that control them, and me!
