Hi..I've been using this site for a long time. I thank all of you for your experiences for they helped me through my own quests. I recently joined the methodone clinic here because there is no heroin clinic. I'm very ill. This is my second day. I have not ever been this ill in 15 years. Can I use my old d.o.c to supplement until they have my dose correct. Yes, I would like to be functioning using dones, but at this rate I was functioning much more effeciently on tar. I know the dangers, but I would like input from you that have time. Im not thinking clearly, and would like some help. Thanks. If anyone can respond I'd greatly appreciate it. Teeb

Most people supplement during that period. Well I shouldn't say most, but a lot of people have reported doing that, and a lot of people that are still on low doses continue to do it.

I really think that by the third day you should be a lot better, so try to hold out if you can. Positive drug screens will prevent you from getting take homes, but I'm not sure how big of a deal it is this early in the game. I think that they start people on that low of a dose as a precaution, and probably expect people to use then since they know they will be sick. Positive tests sometimes result in an increase in your dose, but testing positive for benzos will get you kicked out.
