Hello from Los Angeles!!
So i've been a reader of this website since my boyfriend and I decided to try ice. We had so many questions and this has helped us. We have decided to keep doing it more often than before, so we thought it would be a good idea to make an account because we still have several questions. And because we've had some bad experiences. I'll ask my first question here, hopefully someone reads this.
Is it normal to feel nauseous, tingly sensation all over body, headache, and shortness of breath all at the same time?
