Hello to all:
So brief summary about me:
30 yr old female
4 children; (2 of which are twins, autistic and were kidnapped by their father 8 and a half years ago) and 1 who is mentally disabled
Bipolar and recently diagnosed with BPD
Lost my mother 5 years ago in an accident where she was struck and killed as a pedestrian
Just recently went through a breakup that I was the cause of and I'm having a very difficult time coping
I found blue light earlier because I was looking up suicide by lethal drug combinations and stumbled on a thread. I don't know if this site will be my support but it definitely helps to be able to talk to people who know what I'm feeling right now.
